Booking & Stays
How do I book a stay on Casavera?
Browse our curated collection, select your preferred property, choose your dates and number of guests, then click Reserve. You will be guided through our secure guest verification process.
Are the prices shown per night or total?
All prices displayed on property cards are per night. The total stay cost including service fee is shown on the property detail page before you confirm.
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum stay requirements vary by property and season. Each property detail page shows the minimum stay for your selected dates.
Can I modify my booking after confirming?
Booking modifications are subject to host approval and availability. Contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.
Cancellation & Refunds
What is the cancellation policy?
Casavera operates a Moderate cancellation policy. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No refund is available on the day of check-in.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Properties & Hosting
How are Casavera properties selected?
Every property in our collection is personally reviewed against our quality standard — spatial quality, material integrity, natural light, location, and host reliability. Not every property that applies is accepted.
I own a property in Spain. How do I list it?
We welcome applications from property owners whose homes meet the Casavera standard. Visit our Hosting page or email [email protected] with details of your property.
What does the Casavera service fee cover?
The Casavera service fee covers platform curation, guest support, quality assurance, and concierge-standard service throughout your stay.
Payments & Security
Is it safe to book on Casavera?
Yes. Casavera uses industry-standard encryption for all data. Payment processing uses established secure payment providers. Your personal data is never shared with third parties.
What currencies are accepted?
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Your payment provider will handle currency conversion at their current rate if you pay in a different currency.
